Delete your account
Request deletion of your lyncc account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this from inside the app, or by submitting the form below.
Two ways to delete your account
Choose whichever is easiest. Both result in the same outcome — your account is closed and your personal data is deleted or anonymised, except where we must keep certain records by law.

From inside the app
Open the lyncc app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Your request is processed automatically.

Using this form
Complete the form and submit it. Our team verifies the request against your account and processes the deletion.

Write to support@lyncc.io from the email on your account, with the subject "Delete my account."
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account credentials (name, email, phone).
- Farm, commodity, and certification records you added, where not part of an active obligation.
- Uploaded photos and documents linked to your account.
- Location data and device identifiers associated with your account.
What we may retain
- Transaction, tax, and compliance records we are legally required to keep, retained only as long as the law requires.
- Information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.
- Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies you.
Timeline
- We confirm receipt of your request and verify it against your account.
- Active accounts are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
- Residual copies in secure backups are purged within 90 days.

We've logged your account-deletion request. You'll get a confirmation email at the address you provided, and we'll process verified requests within 30 days. If you don't see a confirmation, write to support@lyncc.io.
